The Vidal at Tim's has them. I hear they are flying off the shelf. They might be sold out.
I have received hot food at other locations in the evening. This location in particular however, they do not serve a lot of things, even decaffeinated coffee being one of them. (If you insist patiently that you have no problem waiting, it will become quite an "ordeal" to put it very politely.) Not to try and bash them but honestly I gave up on this location some time ago, after complaints to both Head Office and the Manager with zero improvement. Time best spent going to other locations from my experience, even if far out of your way. ✌
The guy was pretty slow at taking the order from the drive through
They have coffee but it use to be better
This location is usually fairly busy and they still manage to put out orders quickly and accurately
A good Tim hortons, great quality for Tim hortons food/drink. Wait time wasn't bad there was doughnuts there later than some other tim's. The restaurant itself was very clean.
Get my order wrong nine out of ten times. Night crew repeatedly refuses to serve all day breakfast.. there are some really great workers there, dont get me wrong.. but most should be fired or at least retrained.
Refused to serve truck drive told to go to drive thru window. Unsafe
Friendly staff, restaurant was festive ,food was fresh and coffee was perfect. It's on Vidal, so they probably have reliably very fresh coffee during work hours just by default if the amount of customer flow. But the line ups were not long...
What can we say about Tim Horton's. Great coffee and baked delights. Also, take in a nice hot bowl of soup and 1/2 sandwich for lunch. Staff always personable. Sometimes a little on the young side but, hey everybody has to start somewhere
Always has fast service. Had never messed up my order & the restaurant is always nice and clean ☺️
Nice fireplace. Comfy chairs good selection. Morning crew older ladies much faster and more efficient then the younger crew on afternoon and nights.
I mean its timmies
Open 24...364...always fresh coffee and pastries
This is the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia, which I visit once or twice a week. Located at a very accessible corner in all directions. Service here is very quick and everyone is always working hard. Drive through is very quick. Donut and timbits stock is always full, even late in the afternoon. Ice Capps and iced coffees with espresso shots are made correctly.
Can't get the order right and rude service
Fast and always good but the bacon was a little under cook
Timmies is always a place that I associate with relaxing , with long car rides, or the beginning of big days, or a cozy destination on a sleepless night. It is part of being a Canadian to me
Always great service, busy or not
Slow, so don't be in a hurry... I just ordered a XL coffee double double and a old fashioned donut... Took almost 15 min.... Geez.
Service is very hit and miss.
It tim hortons
☕ Friendly n quick 🍮
Great atmosphere great staff great food
Did u know the first 3 Tim Hortons in London Ontario were donut shops originally owned by my grandparents, Mc Masters? Grampa had a huge gambling problem and had to sell. Lol And my mom and uncle never wanna see another donut as long as they live? Lol
Friendly service just like all the others
Awesome service today....for that I'm grateful
Lots of parking. Fast drive thru.
alway happy ppl there
As an employee here, we do our best to provide a clean, friendly and quick service atmosphere.A lot of us are learning the new menu and beverages as they change, which is quite frequently, to keep a lot of variety available for our valued customers. A lot of the options are classic, meaning they have been available since Tim Horton's began it's operation. So, some cappuccinos, espressos, hot chocolate and other hot or cold beverages are new, as well as the turnover rate of employees to help keep the community employed and active. There is always room for improvement and we appreciate feedback, comments and concerns. We strive every day to improve the experience for every guest, and with such a array of characters coming through the door, this can be an exhilarating but rewarding challenge. Apologies for any inconsistencies or ill informed team members. Thank-you for your business and patience.
Would nit guve ne a free dinut
Same quality and service as others...you know what you're getting
Enjoy the coffee
Quickest Tim Hortons in sarnia
Great staff! Tim hortons is all the same thoughout most of Canada. STAFFFFFFFFFFFFFF GOOD
The staff at this location went above and beyond, even offering to make powered jelly filled donuts for me. I had called and visited several other locations in town and all simply said they don’t carry these kind any more. Here they were kind enough to offer to make them for me! That’s customer service at its best. Many thanks for your kindness in helping me! Excellent service and great staff!
Too much mayonnaise on my chicken wrap and soup listed on board but they don't have it.
This is by far the best Tim Hortons in Sarnia. The staff is friendly and polite. They even know my order.
Great for coffee, friendly staff, clean and some good food options.
ALWAYS great service and they no what I want and say hello Derek that's my name everytime
They had a sign on the door stating no change, exact amounts for the bill, and no cards debit etc...most inconvenient timmies ever!!
Day shift sucks ass bunch of stuck up bs.... You want good service go at night when night shift is working . more pollite people working at thus time 😊
There's one graveyard shift "worker" who has the absolute worst customer service possible (sadly tainting my review for the good staff at this location). I am only able to drink decaf (irrelevant as I should be able to order an item offered on the menu) and have lost count of the amount of times she has told me there isn't any. I always politely say, "no problem, I do not mind waiting" which turns into quite the ordeal and an absurdly rude attitude from someone in the customer service industry. I could write much more on these experiences but now opt to go out of my way to skip this location, it's just not worth the hassle to get a cup of coffee that should already be prepared; I simply don't have it in me to argue at EACH and EVERY visit and NO I do not want something else other than what I ordered because someone is too lazy. I am a very, very patient person but after literally countless times, I'm done.
Mmmm coffee, this place is nice, has all the coffee you could ever want to get you through your day, coffee is the water of life, next to whiskey, but they don't sell that there.... 🤪
Went two days in a row before going in to work at quarter to 4am, they had no breakfasts at all.Kind of sucks if you're open 24 hours!
Every order at tim hortons is a legit 50/50 shot at getting what you ordered. The quality control is so focused on the mass quantity of available ingredients that most of us don't want anyway. The wedges are almost never available. May be a question of they're always sold out because they're so popular? Chicken and egg. Who cares. They suck anyway. Find a better option, somewhere small and local and focused on every cup. I get cold coffee, reversed cream and sugar, burnt coffee, obviously old, or oddly too fresh (weird inexplicable dichotomy, yet proven repeatedly), or missing cream or sugar entirely, not to mention the food mess ups. Tomatoes that shouldn't be, breakfast with entirely too much sauce, or none at all, 1 thin slice of bacon on a 6 dollar sandwich. End rant.
Waiting for 20 minutes to order in drive through. What's with that! Am not impressed.
We have made this our so-called home Tim's since a couple years ago while at the Corunna location, some tree limbs fell onto my truck which the franchise owner refused to make good for. So Corunna, Petrolia and Reece Corners locations, I've stayed away from because the are all operated be the same person.
Super friendly and reheated my coffee in the microwave after it got cold while in Pt.Edward Slots!
Was very upset, ordered hot back bacon on a croissant, and when I went to pick it up, I was informed that they were out of the back bacon. I then asked if I could have ham instead, but I did expect it to be heated up, as I had ordered a hot sandwich. Instead of that, I got cold ham on a hot egg .. very unappetizing. The only thing I enjoyed was the small coffee, which was hot. I will not be back to this location.
Fastest service in town even when drive through is lined up to the road within 5 mins you got your goodies and are on your way
They always have a smile and fast service. Excellent customer service.
